Financial advice:
1. If you are
planning to buy a new car. Before you apply for car finance, check if
you have enough "access" amount in your home loan. If you withdraw such
amount, you will be paying the minimum possible interest rate and
minimum monthly installments.
There is no finance charges and early payment penalties if you decide to
pay it off earlier.
(Between you and me!, Even if your accessible amount is too little, it
is still less costly to get your property re-evaluated for a higher home
loan amount. You can then have enough limit to use for the car!)
2 Usually, lower
priced models of cars, Hi-Fi's or any other manufactured items are
subsidised by the higher end models.
Think twice before you make your choice. Because, when it comes to sell
them after 5 years, a BMW 323 will go for almost the same price as a BMW
316!

1. Just because you
are good at something, does not mean it is your best quality. It only
means you are better than others on that. You may still
discover another talent of
yourself, where you can be more successful than you ever thought you
can!
